I arrived for my appointment on time. The patient scheduled 1/2 hr before me arrived 40 minutes late. Instead of them being sent home resulting from a broken appointment, they were taken ahead of me and I was kept waiting an hour and a quarter for a 10 minute conciliation appointment.
Very friendly staff. Dr. Caring and concerned.
Dr. Saperstein gave me options to address my knee pain. I came to see him first to try PT and then to get a cortisone shot (worked for me!)
