My brother's car was still there. I had to call and get it out of the towing gate. They were very nice on the phone. I was not physically there only on the phone and everyone was polite and satisfaction was guaranteed!
I was hit in a Wal Mart Parking lot, someone coming out the wrong way drove right into my drivers door! 7/4 was the date, called Alan Jay to see the process of bringing it in, he told me that it could be 4-6 weeks.
