I have not had one of my cars serviced at a dealership since I can remember, maybe never. Probably assumed they would introduce their vacuum to my wallet (as in hospital charges), which would sorely disappoint them. I recall talking with my salesperson Ferdinand about the first service, but it did not stick that it would be at no additional cost.
