I have not had one of my cars serviced at a dealership since I can remember, maybe never. Probably assumed they would introduce their vacuum to my wallet (as in hospital charges), which would sorely disappoint them. I recall talking with my salesperson Ferdinand about the first service, but it did not stick that it would be at no additional cost. Overall a great experience. I don’t know if anyone will read this but we are so thankful to have the Alan Jay team aid us in a payment plan. With medical bills and limited paychecks, we appreciate the kindness and help this company has shown us. Thank you!
I’ve asked for a diagnosis and instead I got a full service done and a check. And when I had my car inspected I did not have time to look for a fuse and instead it was a quick patch I did due to lack of time so I taped wires so they don’t touch and they told me that I needed new items and I knew it was a fuse just not which one and after getting my car back after being lied to they left the wires that I taped untaped which could of cause more damage
