My sister has been trying to get a non contested divorce for 8 months now. Both parties have already signed the papers and paid the fee and everything! What’s the problem you ask? We would like to know the same! There’s always an excuse why he can’t talk to her or why he hasn’t even sent it off yet! I would definitely recommend a different attorney! I have waited and waited for an uncontested divorce from this place. It's already been paid for (almost 600$). The papers have been drawn up (allegedly). I have called multiple times and even paid them a visit just so we could sign them and they will not let us get it done. It has been almost a month when they said we would be done in a week. I guess they got their money so they are taking their dear sweet time. We would have already been legally divorced if they would do what they are supposed to. Very unproffessional.
