Allison, front desk ‘manager’ absolutely horrible horrible condescending tone. When I, or anyone for that matter, call an office for new patient information, appointments, etc I should be spoken WITH not to! Her rudeness certainly made my choice for me to move along and find another Dr. It’s such a shame. I had heard only positive information regarding Dr Sevy’s relaxing, positive, caring chair side manner that I was actually looking forward to a visit. Unfortunately Allison made that choice for me.
