Good service, good rapport and a job well done.
Great doctors..great personnel. I hate going there for my neccesary eye condition, but Dr. Dresner and Dr. Ruby do a great job of keeping me relaxed. Tina, Vanessa. William, Angelica and Alison all helped me keep relaxed throughout the procedure. They are all kind, professional and pleasant! I would definetely recommend this group, but I hope noone else has to have this procedure! You would be in great hands!
I am very happy with this practice and their care for me. I had an incident recently and, even though it was a Friday at 5pm, I met with Dr M. Trese.. From Rochester I had to drive to Royal Oak Beaumont to see another Dr. Chau. After being examined, we three had a phone conversation about what was happening. I went home with medicine and picked up another script at my pharmacy. The next morning I had an appointment at 7:45 am to recheck the eye.
