Dr Ruby is very concerned about his patients and is determined to try different methods to ensure the patients vision is the best it can be
Dr. Ruby is very knowledgeable. He takes the time to listen to his patients. However, I’ve had to wait for 30-45 minutes the few times I’ve been there, before they dilate my eyes. It’s a busy practice, but most of us can’t be waiting that long in the middle of the day to be seen. I hope they start taking patients on time. Next time I will call and ask if he’s running late.
Prefer the Royal Oak office over Rochester. It’s bigger and takes far less time than Rochester office. Dr. Ruby is excellent.
Dr Ruby thoroughly verified and explained the MVD I have in both eyes. He is very kind and reassuring. The office staff is very friendly and kind. Thank you Ruben and Tina. See you in 6 months
