Friendly and pleasant staff. Dr Alan Naim is amazing. He has changed my life for the better. My whole like I’ve suffered with stomach/intestinal problems and every single dr I had been to could never help or tell me what was wrong. I have no issues with the doctor but the office has awfully deceitful practices. In Sept of 2024 I had an endoscopy and paid out of pocket for the procedure, anesthesiologist fee and facility fee. Everything was out of pocket and they knew. They quoted me around $300 for the biopsies and said I would be able to pay that after. One year later, I received a bill of nearly $4,000. Had my first visit with him and I felt heard. He asked follow up questions and did not try to rush me out of the office. Office staff was courteous and friendly.
