I was referred to Dr. Allan Chapman by my team of Doctors and I am instead requesting a different specialist. I would rather not deal with his rude staff and they definitely do not want to have to deal with me. Reading through the reviews I found a review left by a dear friend of mine who was not getting the help he needed through this office. I’m sad to say that my friend has just passed in September. As doctors go Chapman was great in dealing with my husband's issues. However, there seems to be a pattern with his staff, mainly his office manager/ nurse. When reading the previous reviews one common denominator is the lovely nurse who deals with the patients. First encounter, I had to leave a message with the answering service that. Dr. Alan Chapman negligent inaction negligence, NEVER once came to my room when I was in the hospital. Disrespectful and opening hostile receptionist. Opening hostile, not opening. Stating 3 different dates in regard to my PICC line being removed after I provided the release date by another doctor on 03/10/2024, which in turn stated that it does not matter what that doctor states, it only matters what they say.
