Dr. Alan Chapman negligent inaction negligence, NEVER once came to my room when I was in the hospital. Disrespectful and opening hostile receptionist. Opening hostile, not opening. Dr. Chapman and his office staff handled my home care very well
This doctor is a quack. He doesn’t care about patients. He is rude, unprofessional and his bedside manner is non existent. I had the misfortune of him being the infectious disease doctor the hospitalist called when I was admitted to the hospital. If you’re reading this review while still admitted, insist to your hospitalist/surgeon/whoever that they change your infectious disease doctor to someone else, stat. Your life could depend on it.
The office staff, (if there is even an office) is rude and not compassionate at all. My daughter was in the hospital for an internal infection and Dr. Chapman was called. He sent her home on two antibiotics and she was cultured twice. When I called to make a follow up appointment and to tell Dr. Chapman my daughter has a temperature, I was told in no uncertain terms that Dr. Chapman does not see patients outside the hospital.
