I was happy with my representation. I had a DUI and very worried about losing my job due to this problem. Alan brought me into his office and explained how the process works. His work allowed me keep my job and not have a criminal record. My experience with him was that he was very disarming and did not judge me. He really cared about the outcome and charged me fairly.
BEWARE! He will make you feel comfortable when you come to his office to meet with him but he makes verbal agreements & then doesn't honor them. We hired him in Oct 2009 and paid $500 for him to SEND A LETTER to a company for us regarding a timeshare. He told us nothing about additional charges we would incur, just told us there would be a flat fee.
