He really listened to me, gave good advice that was easy to follow and set us up for what to do next. We may not need him for 6 months (check up). My teen son felt comfortable with him, but kept me, mom, in the loop.
One word AMAZING. I was super impressed with Dr. Sacks. So personal, relaxed, concerned, and started tests right away. He took the time to listen and was like talking to an old friend. The Dietician was super sweet and she was just as concerned as he was. Receptionist A+ You can't get better than this anywhere else.
We have just started seeing Dr. Sacks. I like how he came in the room, made our son comfortable and asked many questions. Dr. Sacks didn't waste any time getting our son the tests he needs. Dr. Sacks nursing staff has been very kind and prompt on helping us understand test results and future appointments. The lady at the front desk was also very kind and helpful. Dr. Sacks and his nurse Sam are absolutely amazing! I couldn't ask for a better pair to help my son and figure out whats going on with him. They have went above and beyond! They truly care for thier patients! Thank you both for everything!
