Hate to give the Dr. such a low rating because he is genuinely good, but this is by far the worst experience I have ever had with any staff. Without fail they manage to either ask me to cancel my appointment morning of that I was waiting weeks for, or give my wrong DOB and fail to provide the necessary notes to the company ordering my Cpap, delaying the process. Dr Blum is an amazing physician who cares about his patients and their health. He is fully invested, not just in your pulmonary issues, but in your overall health. He thoroughly researched an issue that was discovered in a blood test I had. It did not relate to pulmonology per se but he was extremely concerned and spent a great deal of time researching it! He did not just pass me on to another doctor or tell me to go see my primary care physician. He would not let it rest unless he figured out what it was or the issue subsid... read more
