If I could give this man a negative star feedback I would. I’ll explain why. Brought my mom in to see a urologist because she was experiencing chills and Achiness for several months, she’s had multiple utis during those months hence why I took her to a urologist. She took a urine test before he came in and they did not test it until after she left. Dr Hsieh is amazing. He treated me for a problem. The problem resolved but then returned. I was paired with another Dr for an e visit. After results came back, the ordering dr I saw did not follow up with me at all about results. However, Dr. Hsieh happened to review my results and emailed me to say stop taking the meds the other Dr prescribed, sent me a new prescription rushed to my pharmacy.
