I sold my San Jose house in Oct 2021 and Alan was very helpful with the whole process and found a great stager for me. He put together the listing details, printed flyers and we did a few open houses. There's a lot of moving parts when you sell a house and I was happy working with him. Alan helped me sell my condo in Richmond. With our growing family we needed more space and Alan worked late hours helping us find the right house that worked for us. He sent over all disclosures and walked us through the process of the scope of work needed to be done on the homes we liked or helped us to understand what was move in ready. He helped us set up our open house and made flyers and did marketing and many people showed up to the open house.
