Do not use Alan for if you’re looking for office space to lease. He ghosted me after looking at a property last week. He did not know the lease terms ( seriously) so he called the owner while we were at the property to ask about them. I asked him to request a 2 year vs. 3 year lease and that’s the last I heard from him. No returned calls or texts. Terrible experience.

Alan went above and beyond to help my husband and I find a home. He grew up in New Orleans and knows the neighborhoods well, both Orleans and Jefferson Parish. He responded quickly to my calls, texts, and emails, and was always on time to showings. If I wanted to see a house same day he would make it happen, which is very important in a competitive market. 5 stars.

Alan is professional and also fun. He's great at pointing out important details that would be easily missed during a quick trip through a home. He went above and beyond scheduling appointments and even being present at inspections when we couldn't be there. My husband and I very much enjoyed working with him and will recommend him to anyone in need of a realtor.

Alan is exactly who you’d want to help you through the process of buying a home. It can be a very stressful and arduous experience, but he is patient, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to be around. I’d highly recommend him as an agent.
