Erica Renteria takes such great care of us, and she is always looking for ways to help us save money. She’s an excellent agent, and I’d recommend her a thousand times over!
Changing my review. I wish i could give 0 stars. Our agent Janine Petty keeps letting things fall through the cracks. Today when doing comparisons between this year and last I realized we still haven't gotten a renewal from her. I got online and realized our coverage ends tomorrow!!! Of course its the weekend, so no one to help. I also realize it hasnt been changed over to the new business form.
Horrible customer service. There should be a zero star rating. I have been calling Alan Henry Ins. for two weeks. B.J. will not give me a customer service phone number to call an insurance company on one of their customers policy. Let the company decide to accept the claim or not. B.J. keeps telling me the owners son Ryan will return my call. Ryan, I am still waiting on your call! I will file a complaint with Texas Department of Insurance. Stay away from this agency.
