I am in healthcare for 30+ years I am 48 had a visit with Dr. Gross asked for bloodwork for hormone levels and a bone density test, his reply was go to your gym for the hormone level test and wait till next year for bone density in which next year is tonight at 12 and how he does not want to fight with Medicaid to order this test.He is rude impersonal i has no patience or interest rude and never washes his hands or touches you if he does not have to.. he once said I was morbidly obese and need to stop taking my supplements I... read more
Nice doctor but he doesn't listen to what his patient says...if this doctor doesn't see the problem, he brushes you off...FIND A BETTER DOCTOR
I saw Dr Gross & the PA from his grp.a few times & after 1 1/2 yrs & missing 1 appt.1 I was d/c from all the Premier Medical Group MD's.I am an RN w/40+ yrs experience & working @ MHRH hosp. part of same building.His office was so convenient w/my busy work schedule. There was no professional curtesy's.They did not want to hear any explanation.
