The receptionist is abrasive and unprofessional. The office doesn't follow up with insurance approvals which leads to a delay in needed services. It also takes 4 months to schedule a cleaning.
Just an uncommonly good experience at Dr. Chenmans office yesterday . can't say enough about this place. Five star treatment here . And the music is good too !
From the beginning I knew I was in the best care that I could possibly get. The front staff was so welcoming, friendly and beyond helpful. They helped me navigate my insurance and always made me feel like I was their top priority. Dr. Chenman and April gave me back my smile and health. These two are simply the best in the business.
