I took my two kids and all the staff were awesome including the doctor and every one in there . We got the eye exam and 2 eyeglasses for each of my kids for free and beautiful frames . We had such a wonderful experience 11/10 .

I would give this optometrist office a "1" possibly a "0". There store and office is very unattractive and smelly. Some of the staff, especially Ellen, is very unpleasant. If you try and speak to the owner Alan Grossman who is an optometrist there, he doesn't return calls and doesn't seem interested in hearing about experiences with his customers. There prices are very high for the frames they sell and the quality, and they are extremely difficult on returns. There is a reason they are a "4" on google and not higher. Buyer b... read more
