I would give this optometrist office a "1" possibly a "0". There store and office is very unattractive and smelly. Some of the staff, especially Ellen, is very unpleasant. If you try and speak to the owner Alan Grossman who is an optometrist there, he doesn't return calls and doesn't seem interested in hearing about experiences with his customers. Exellent service
I’ve been coming here for my annual eye exam for three years, and I truly appreciate the location and quality of care I receive. The doctor is attentive, knowledgeable, and makes me feel confident that I’m in very good hands. My only concern is related to the logistics and administration around eyeglass production and delivery. In my most recent visit, my lenses took almost a full month to be ready, which caused inconvenience, as I was without proper vision during that time.
