Update 12.12.2024 from 12.05.2024 appointment: I received a call from Brittnay with Baptist as a follow up from the previous review i made with goggle concerning the level of care that we didn't get after we drove 2 1/2 hours for an appointment. After the conversation with Brittnay in which she listened to my concerns about not being given any options with the appointment, I feel relieved that Brittnay cared enough to treat us on a personal level instead of a number.
