So disappointed, Aussie made, absolutely NOT. Bought OS and finished with decals applied in Australia. Just like Snowy River Caravans. They are all the great pretenders.
We brought a new caravan and had a great sales experience with Jamieson who was excellent, along with Steve for the handover, however what has really made me write this review is the awesome after sales service! We had a small issue with a wobbly table. Some screws had pulled up out of the floor as it was not installed correctly by the manufacturer. The repair team fixed it in the same day we dropped it in! My car broke down and I pulled into the first driveway I saw. I’m so lucky it was these guys. They helped me out and gave me advice and were so polite. A small act of kindness goes a long way.
Recently in the last storm in May my caravan was written off by the storm. My partner and I went to Allan Grahams and met Dean Anderson. I explained to him what happened and I the van is my house that I live in he was more than accommodating. He showed me vans that were in my price range and said as soon as the insurance tells you it's a right off you ring me and I hold one here for u. The other staff there are all friendly and helpful thank you Allan Grahams and most of all thankyou Dean Anderson
staff i dealt with in sales and office very poor customer service,when buying a van make sure you write down every detail of all items , eg color make and design, in the contract if it is wrong , their reponse is not in the contract nothing we can do.i had a difference in final payment , must of heard the wrong amount, went to speak with the manager , he was in a meeting , what about when he finishes the meeting , he will be shifting caravans how about when he is finished that , he wont have time.
