Went in to inquire regarding a caravan that wasn't in their yard. I didn't feel welcome or felt that they even wanted to help me. Waste of time visiting. With their commercial on the local community radio station it made their business sound it would be a good place to inquire regarding a caravan. Nope!
My experience with Alan Graham Caravans was outstanding from the beginning where i met Stephen in the sale yards. With his vast product knowledge he sold me my dream caravan.. Also Paul at the Alan Graham workshop where he showed me how to operate my caravan with a detailed hand over and patience. To everyone who serviced my caravan before collection, a massive thank you And I will be definitely recommending you- Priscilla
So disappointed, Aussie made, absolutely NOT. Bought OS and finished with decals applied in Australia. Just like Snowy River Caravans. They are all the great pretenders.
We brought a new caravan and had a great sales experience with Jamieson who was excellent, along with Steve for the handover, however what has really made me write this review is the awesome after sales service! We had a small issue with a wobbly table. Some screws had pulled up out of the floor as it was not installed correctly by the manufacturer. The repair team fixed it in the same day we dropped it in! My car broke down and I pulled into the first driveway I saw. I’m so lucky it was these guys. They helped me out and gave me advice and were so polite. A small act of kindness goes a long way.
