I went to dr goldenberg to find out what my hormone levels were because since menopause i haven't been able to lose weight like I used too. This guy told me hormones have nothing to do with losing weight and if I wanted to lose weight I had to drop my calories to a ridiculous number. I told him I was eating 1,300 calories a day very low carb high protein. He said low carb or high protein is the same and if I wanted to lose I had to eat 700 calories a day huh woman do not go to this man he is clueless about woman and our horm... read more
