My 4 stars are for Dr Gingold and Dr Gingold ONLY (and maybe some of the nurses in the recovery room who are very nice). While he’s an amazing doctor… the office/admin here has so much to be desired. If you have questions and call? Good luck. You’ll leave a message. Nobody ever picks up the nurses or refill line. At best you’ll get a call back in 3 days. Yes. Days. At worst… you never hear back. I've had very positive experiences with Dr. Gingold at Digestive Healthcare, as well as with the entire team! Dr. Gingold is professional, compassionate, and extremely knowledgeable. Jenna at the front office is always warm, friendly, and incredibly helpful—she makes scheduling simple and is always ready to assist with anything needed, all with a kind and welcoming attitude. I highly recommend this office to anyone seeking high-quality care and excellent service!
I have been seeing Dr Gingold for 5+ years. He is a wonderful doctor. Lots of patience, very good at explaining everything. I would highly recommend.
Dr. Gingold has been knowledgeable, respectful and compassionate during my appointments. He takes the time to listen patiently and answer all my questions. So far my appointments have been on time and I never feel rushed. The one thing that I appreciate the most from Dr. Gingold and his staff is that they recently went above and beyond to help me stay on the brand medication I have been taking for a while, but was being denied by my insurance since a generic was available (but was ineffective for me).
