Alan is a saviour (I had to turn off the mains supply) as well as a first class plumber. I got lucky that he was close by. He was was with me in a few minutes and fitted a replacement outside tap, as I had messed up taking off the old one! What a great job he did and what a great guy.
Alan is doing exactly what it says on the tin and the added bonus is, he is a really nice guy.
