I’ve had a great experience from start to finish! Everyone at the office is so pleasant and kind. I saw NP Shana initially before getting set up for surgery. She listened, was thorough and made sure all of my questions/concerns were answered. Dr. Jacks was absolutely wonderful and took great care of me. He came in before my surgery to talk with me and took the time to explain everything. He also came to check on me while I was in recovery. He is a fabulous doctor!!!
Well every since I went there I had trouble so I will never go back
My daughter just about died. Because of this Dr. Wanted to wait to take her gallbladder bladder out so she went to another surgeon and he did her surgery and said if she had waited she would have died because it was about to burst so not go to this Dr.. bad reviews
If I could give zero Stars I would. I saw the nurse practitioner Shana and she neglected my health and put me off to have a CAT scan on a week later she was very snobby and not professional. I begged her to please get this surgery scheduled and get this gallbladder out because I knew I wasn't going to make it. I know my body I know how I felt and she dismissed it as it being something else. I ended up going to a different Sergeant Dr Quincy green. First appointment with him I was very impressed and I don’t like a lot of doctors. Staff and everyone there are amazing.
