My daughter just about died. Because of this Dr. Wanted to wait to take her gallbladder bladder out so she went to another surgeon and he did her surgery and said if she had waited she would have died because it was about to burst so not go to this Dr.. bad reviews
If I could give zero Stars I would. I saw the nurse practitioner Shana and she neglected my health and put me off to have a CAT scan on a week later she was very snobby and not professional. I begged her to please get this surgery scheduled and get this gallbladder out because I knew I wasn't going to make it. I know my body I know how I felt and she dismissed it as it being something else. I ended up going to a different Sergeant Dr Quincy green. First appointment with him I was very impressed and I don’t like a lot of doctors. Staff and everyone there are amazing.
The staff at this office is absolutely amazing. They got all my paperwork all my FMLA for work done in a very timely fashion. Dr Jackson seems like an amazing person and a doctor who knows what he's doing. BUT, there is no way ever that I would ever go here again, EVER!
Very impressed & completely at ease. He is very nice. Was very thorough & listened to my concerns. We went over my scans, options & we made a plan. He talks with you on a real level & not all medical terms. I highly recommend him.
