Only had one appt with him so far and was pleasantly surprised & impressed! He made me feel so comfortable and had a wonderful appropriate sense of humor, I’m so grateful to find doctors like him. Definitely suggest him!
Dr. Erdmann is very knowledgeable, kind and professional. I had a procedure done a week or so after my appointment but I didn't feel I had an opportunity to ask follow up questions, the person who called to notify me of my results refused to relay any questions I had to the provider and I didn't like that at all. I'm seeking a second opinion because I want a provider who will answer my questions and not brush me aside.
Can’t get any calls back, can’t get them to approve our dieticians orders, can’t get help or questions answered! It’s a joke!
Terrible hard to get anyone to answer questions or the telephone. Its hard to schedule anything.
