My previous primary care doctor retired, and I needed to find a new one. Dr. Wurzelbacher was available, and his office is closer to home. My first visit went very well. He is efficient, thorough, knowledgeable, and friendly. He performed checkup, answered all my questions, provided helpful advice, assumed oversight of my meds, and setup the plan for ongoing care. The office staff was also friendly and helpful. I look forward to future visits.
My visit was good. Dr. Wurzelbacher was thorough with my exam and personable. My only gripe is the corporate BS that Duly Health is. I had 25 minutes to get an exam and tell the doctor about my medical issues. Good news is...I get 30 minutes next time! Yippee!
I made a new patient appointment for a physical and services 10 minutes prior to my Scheduled appointment only to find out the rep that made the appointment scheduled for a different time than what I agreed to and I couldn’t be seen. Of course they couldn’t accommodate me. Horrible customer service. Looks like I’ll be looking for another PCP.
