Im on 3 phones waiting someone to answer my call since 9:45, If you are fake office, not existing let us know. I need to talk with superviser or manager. Its 1 hour and 30 minutes already. We, the Americans patients will start calling and writing to Medical BOARD. No customer support at all. Using 3 different numbers 818)933-2020 310)445-2800 800)378-5597 im on this 3 phones----silence fyuuu Ill do everything to pay you big money.

This place does not answer the phone regularly. It could be 3 hours of calling and still no answer. Their results are posted at the tail end of the maximum of days they quote you unless your doctor orders a stat result. My friend who works at TOSH warned me of how slow they are and how they don't answer the phone. The tech was good and the front office was fine. But I will choose another radiology place in the future due to these 2 important factors.

first of all I do not like to leave negative feedback with that being said when I go into the facility I have a good experience but in general rolling oaks appointment scheduling has been a nightmare I have a known cyst lump?? that is very painful in my right breast ultrasound and mammogram every 6 months needed scheduled my appointment waited 2 months they canceled the night before told me I had to wait another 3-4 months to get in.. that they were booked up...so .rescheduled apt two months away with a long drive.. It took almost an hour just to schedule the appointment. The call center hung up on my twice. The person who finally scheduled the appointment told me to call the front desk with any questions. I called the front desk 6 times in two days and no one ever returned my call. When I arrived for the appoIntment, I was informed I should have fasted for 6 hours prior. No one told me. The ladies at the front desk were beyond rude - so maybe it’s best they never called me back. I ended up going someplace else. What a nightmare.

They waited until the night before late to advise us they couldn’t confirm our insurance. We had a 7:00 am appointment scheduled. THE NIGHT BEFORE. Never had a problem with UCLA. Very unprofessional. Avoid.

Beverly Radiology Billing This is the Billing Department for many radiology centers -- it is a nightmare! Especially if you have good insurance with a second payer (Medicaid / Medi-Cal / TRICARE, etc.). They will send you a bill ASAP saying you need to pay the remaining balance in full online, before they have even invoiced your second payer. I called for 3 months every week to get to re-bill the correct charge. I also asked to have a supervisor call me back (within a 48 hour turnaround) 4 times each week, with no return cal... read more

Make sure that you make copies of all receipts and invoices, save everything! They didn't run my medical insurance for a mammogram (they said 'all is good!' And I had my appt. Then I had a biopsy done at a different clinic the next day that insurance covered!). Now they've sent me to collections for almost $750 for one mammogram and they say there's nothing they can do about it. So now I am going through all the BS of submitting disputes with my credit. Unbelievable

Went there to do an MRI, the wait time was not long at all .The receptionist was very friendly and efficient and oh my the tech who did the MRI for me was super great..She made me feel very comfortable all through . The place is very neat . Highly recommend . Would definitely go back. Very friendly staff. Ruth

Ken Burns from Coast Radiology read my chest x-ray during a visit to Mission Hospital ER for shortness of breath. I'm assuming he read my x-ray correctly but the appallingly unprofessional behavior of Coast Radiology billing department has me doubting EVERYTHING. These people had the gall to text me a link for an invoice on my cell phone! Never in my life have I ever received an invoice by text! This company won't pay for postage to mail an invoice. Makes one wonder what other corners are being cut??? Talk about a shady... read more
