Dr, Jackson performed a cataract surgery on my left eye on Nov. 7th, 2023. Instead of 15 min, the procedure took 2 hrs, while the doctor took an hour to try to fit a lens in my eye, failed, was digging it out for 30 min, put another lens in, and dropped it in the back of the eye. After 6 weeks of blindness and pain, when the swelling from the damage subsided, only a retina specialist could retrieve the lens and place another one in. But since my cornea had been damaged beyond repair, I also had to have a cornea transplant. T... read more
After 1.5 hr. of an unsuccessful cataract surgery, now I will have to have two subsequent surgeries : with a retina specialist to retrieve the lens that Dr Jackson dropped in the eye and with a cornea specialist to perform cornea transplant. Could it go any worse?
Warning: cataract surgery botched, big time!
