He was extremely rude, non caring and judgemental. I was sent by my Endocrinologist due because I had another Shingles outbreak. I have had 3 spine surgeries and I am handicapped. My neorosurgen and Endocrinologist told me to ask him for the paperwork handicap parking. He proceeded to tell me for 15 minutes about the abuse of handicap vehicles and how he sees 17 year old kids driving their grandmother's cars and taking up handicap spaces.
