I ordered a used W800 Kawasaki from on the 25th of June. This was sight unseen because I live in Norfolk. Lewis took the time to make two WhatsApp videos for me and arrange transport. The bike arrived a week ahead of schedule on a Sunday. It was exactly as described and I am very happy with the service I received from Alan Duffus Motorcycles. Lewis was extremely helpful both with the sale itself and keeping me updated through the process. He is an asset to the business.
Overall a very disappointing experience. Contacted them about a bike about 2 weeks ago, spoke to Alan who made me a PX offer, I wasn't happy with it, and he said they wouldn't budge on price so I left it. They Lewis contacted me a few days later via email and asked for photos of my bike, which I immediately sent. That was last Friday, it's now Wednesday. Excellent service from Alan and the team look after your machine from start to finish
Came in to test few bikes and Alan was great. The shop was very busy but I got all my questions answered and all my test ride needs covered. Thank you very much.
