I ordered a used W800 Kawasaki from on the 25th of June. This was sight unseen because I live in Norfolk. Lewis took the time to make two WhatsApp videos for me and arrange transport. The bike arrived a week ahead of schedule on a Sunday. It was exactly as described and I am very happy with the service I received from Alan Duffus Motorcycles. Lewis was extremely helpful both with the sale itself and keeping me updated through the process. He is an asset to the business.
Overall a very disappointing experience. Contacted them about a bike about 2 weeks ago, spoke to Alan who made me a PX offer, I wasn't happy with it, and he said they wouldn't budge on price so I left it. They Lewis contacted me a few days later via email and asked for photos of my bike, which I immediately sent. That was last Friday, it's now Wednesday.
