Left perfectly fine bike for a valve clearance check, picked up with the ABS light ON. Terrible never go back there again !!!

I ordered a used W800 Kawasaki from on the 25th of June. This was sight unseen because I live in Norfolk. Lewis took the time to make two WhatsApp videos for me and arrange transport. The bike arrived a week ahead of schedule on a Sunday. It was exactly as described and I am very happy with the service I received from Alan Duffus Motorcycles. Lewis was extremely helpful both with the sale itself and keeping me updated through the process. He is an asset to the business.
