Alan created a 4 course casual dining menu for us which suited our group of 11 adults as we had young kids in the house and no-one can predict what will happen. Alan was super accommodating to both our dietary needs and questions, we had a wonderful experience. Thanks Alan!
We were lucky enough to have Chef Alan step in for a last-minute private chef experience to celebrate our 19-year wedding anniversary, and it was absolutely incredible! From start to finish, he was professional, accommodating, and attentive, especially with our gluten-free requirements. Every dish he prepared was exceptional, beautifully presented, and full of flavour. It truly felt like a fine dining experience in our own home. We can’t thank him enough for making our celebration so special. We highly recommend Chef Alan!
