My visit took longer than normal. I waited in waiting room 1 extra hour. Also I tried to pay in full my account. The front desk could only find one account number. Why I have two I'm not sure. I did pay the one balance under one account number. Left other unpaid. The billing system needs to be greatly improved. Bills are inconsistent from month to month. Do not match EOB's.
