Dr. Kramer called me within minutes of receiving pictures of my swollen ankles. Personally. On Friday evening. Just to make sure I didn’t have to wait over the weekend. I have found that he is one of the most caring and professional cardiologist I’ve ever been to. He and his assistant, Alexa Are absolutely wonderful.
Been a patient of Dr Kramer for years. Tried to make a check up appointment to discuss the medication he has me on. Pharmacy said they can't refill prescription till I have a new scrip from my Doctor. Maybe it's time to change medication. When I called to make an appointment, I was told I have to become a new patient of his because I have not been in for 3 years. That's a good thing right? They said they can get me in to see him in 7 months. Good Doc but the system stinks. I'll look for another Doc.
Excellent bed side manner. Cares about his patients. Will do whatever is necessary for your well being.
