Fantastic service from this company. Minor DIY disaster saw me drill through central heating pipe. I was able to drain everything quickly but an engineer came out very quickly (next afternoon) to sort out. An absolute blessing as the new carpet was due next day!!
Brilliant staff and fire surround and fire fitted perfectly.
Charged us £90 for nothing avoid at all costs!!!
Had a new wireless thermostat installed. Regular text updates including when the engineer was on his way, very helpful. Would highly recommend.
