Each appointment that I have had with Dr Kramer has been outstanding. Not only is he a consummate professional and “top doc” cardiologist, but he explains, in non/technical language, the costs and benefits of various medications, diagnostic tests and procedures. He displays respect for his patients and staff, and builds an environment that others should emulate.
He is the nicest and concerned doctor. I've been going to him for years and have recommended him to family and friends.
