Dr Kogan was my mother's cardiologist for many years. His care through the years certainly contributed to her living to the age of 96. He was always considerate, respectful and professional. My mother was taking far too many prescriptions and Dr kogan helped to decrease and manage these drugs. He was so involved in her care that he became her primary physician.
It has been many years now since I have stopped seeing Dr. Alan Kogan. I was his patient from 1998 to 2004. The reason that I stopped seeing Dr. Kogan is because he made a racial comment towards me. In 2004, after 6 years of being his patient, he asked me some questions that were offensive. I am originally from the Caribbean but of African descent.
