As part of a pool project, I was told the local county would not approve my project with just a vanilla pool design, The pool company only wanted to build the pool and nothing else - I was required to submit a landscape plan as well as a drainage plan. I reached out to Alan to discuss my problem as the project was more complex than originally thought. We have worked with Alan on several projects over the years. He is always responsive and professional. He has great knowledge of the local requirements in specific neighborhoods and is creative when the owner is looking to create something unique. Always appreciate his quick response and ability to adjust when changes occur.
Alan worked to create an outdoor plan for our family beach house that included a pool, hardscaping (driveway and parking pad) and landscaping. I reached out to Alan via phone to explain what we wanted and within 3 days Alan presented 3 great plans. We proceeded with 1 and tweaked and re-tweaked the plan with his guidance over the following weeks.
