Dr. Gaines was rude, condescending, and literally laughed in my face when expressing my concerns for my son. He said he can’t do anything as what I’ve been dealing with doesn’t make sense to him. I felt really defeated trying to explain what has been going on as he doesn’t care to listen. There was just a different way he could have went about saying what he thinks the issue is instead of laughing at me and being rude.
