The poor rating of Dr. Pollack represents everything bad about online reviews so I suppose I'll share my full story to try and make the world a little more just. My 5 year old failed a hearing test at Luries. If a child fails a hearing test, they should be fully evaluated within 2-4 weeks (I learned this later). It took me 3 months to get him an appointment at Luries and then I was told it would be another 3-4 months to get the procedure scheduled. Completely rude when booking appointment and said if I don't think I can make it don't book the appointment. Got to the booked appointment 15 min early, found out other patients were book for same appt time. took them 2 hours! To call us back to get looked at. Was in the appointment for a total of 5 min, Completely dismissive and not willing to listen. Was advised that issue was never going to get better and to deal with it. Front desk is Not HIPAA compliant at all. Would not recommend for any reason.
Not a great experience. He literally could care less about his patient. Gave zero fudge time and effort. Didn’t address the problem, tossed you to the front desk that did not seem to know what they were doing. Did not even tell you the diagnosis or the plan moving forward. Told his staff to print out after visit summary and off he went leaving us with no idea what was going on. The front desk was useless and confused most of the time and seemed like they also had no idea what was going on around them

My husband had reoccurring sinus infection that he couldn't get rid of with antibiotics going to a local urgent care office. We needed an ENT. In our research, we read all the negative reviews written here. Still, we looked at Dr. Pollak's medical education, experience, and location.
