I wish I would have read reviews before I chose this location. Judging from the reviews. The office staff is extremely unprofessional, rude, lie to patients. You can never get anyone on the phone. If you do, expect the absolute worst experience. I spoke to Maria and her customer service skill on a scale from 1-10, I would give her a -5. Was supposed to get a scan and no one will tell me where when etc. Have been trying for over a month. Last year it was easy and now no one responds. Very disappointed.
Directions from turn onto JFK inadequate. I'm sitting in lobby. Directions tell me to be in another location. Also gave me 2 wrong turns.
Dr Bakst was great. However office staff is terrible did the sleep study 3weeks ago should heard something but no nothing. Talking to office staff they told me they didn’t get the results back that’s BS and she also said they will call me back. Once again nothing. So I will try again to see if they got the results and maybe they did or maybe they didn’t. I just need to know what to do. Terrible office staff and Terrible communication
I can’t speak to the doctor’s care, because unfortunately, my father never got the chance to be seen. He had an appointment scheduled for tomorrow, and since we hadn’t received any confirmation, I called the office myself—only to find out it had been canceled because the doctor is out of town. They claimed they left a voicemail on 7/9, but I never received anything.
