Alan Gunter was rude. I wouldn't recommend him to anyone.

I found Don at Powell & Gunter to be quite helpful in my situation. I had a difficult tenant to evict - quite a tricky one - and Don helped me get him out. Funny, now, because the tenant is in jail for scamming people around town.
