I have never been to a doctor ad rude as this one. I am having questions about a procedure and what all could be wrong with me. He was so rude and this was my appointment and his office is in same building as my daughter and my cardiologist. Well during my questions he talks over me and says to my daughter let me check your her to see if i hear a murmur. I mean really he is a urologist not a cardiologist. I absolutely loved the level of care at this office. The front staff were efficient, kind and most helpful! I dealt with Terri who could not have been kinder to me! Jennifer was super nice and great at her job! Debra the nurse cares very much about her patients and advocates for them! Dr. Van Wyk is an EXCELLENT Urologist who wants to solve his patients problems through the best care possible!
Dr. Alan is a rare gem in this unforgiving world. Dr. Alan goes above and beyond, even checking how you are after your appointment. In my 49 years on this earth I have never seen a physician as knowledgeable and truly caring as Dr. Alan. Thank God I found him!
Wonderful doctor. He is patient and genuinely care for his patients. He actually listens to everything you have to say and doesn't rush you. He would put his pen down, ask me a question, listen to what I had to say and my answer and then when I was done he made his notes. He maintained eye contact and helped me through a very tragic thing that I went through. Breaks my heart he no longer does family care but I'd recommend him to anyone!
