Personable. Compassionate. Professional. AMAZING. From entrance to exist, never a bad encounter. Everything needed to diagnose and treat under one roof. Walk in clinic is so thoughtful and much needed. Most accidents don’t happen 9-5. Watauga has a handle on this. I won’t go anywhere else. Therapies are scheduled according to my schedule. Always timely with appts. Alternative treatments based on personal needs “outside the box” thinking and solutions.
This facility is 5 stars! They do a fantastic job for major surgeries and have expert staff at all levels and with great bedside manner to boot. I would use Watauga in the future.
Great folks doing great work to get you up and going again after surgery!! Cannot recommend Dr. Price and his staff in Kingsport enough! Doing just about anything that I need to do on these new knees and then some!!! Such a huge improvement over the knees that I had pre-surgery!!
They actually listened when I said something was wrong with my left shoulder. They did an MRI and come to find out there was a complete rotator cuff tear. So, Dr. France did surgery just last Wednesday. Thank you to the Dr for listening to me. The entire staff is friendly and courtesy.
