I have worked with Vanderbilt & Siegel several times through the MetLife Legal Plan. So I have had a good number of interactions with this firm. The quality of the work was OK, the client experience was so-so, and the cost was OK. Unfortunately, Mr. Siegel is not the most responsive, does not provide the deepest advice, and is sometimes rude. I would characterize some conversations as unnecessary “battles of wits.” Based primarily on the poor client experience, it is unlikely that I will engage this firm again.
