Be very careful paying this office upfront. I paid $5000 out-of-pocket for custom dental work that ended up being completely defective and unusable. DR.Pittman initially promised to fix the issue but after a delay due to necessary medical healing time —which their staff told me was perfectly fine —they changed their mind. They are now refusing to complete my treatment and refusing to issue a refund. They took thousands of dollars from me and left me with nothing. Terrible communication and zero accountability.
Was able to get in quickly for an emergency and Dr Pittman, Grace and office staff were very nice.
Great dental service. They listen and provide all the options to choose from.
You know you had this coming. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE WASTE THEIR TIME OR MONEYYYY WITH THIS COMPANY/DR. I suggest anyone who has a problem with their treatment or the staff to make sure you document it because you’ll be screwed over like me. That’s free advice. You can basically use it for anything.
Have a loose tooth and needed to be seen as quick as possible the secretary was so nice, was then scheduled for a cleaning, since it had been a hot minute from my last cleaning. They did an amazing job. The sweet sweet lady that cleaned my teeth was so informative, kind, and funny. Helped me understand what I need to do to help my teeth and helped a rough day become a lot better because she was so nice!! My teeth after the clean felt amazing. She went above and beyond. Would definitely recommend.
