No one answers their phone all day .. I got test results back in and been trying to contact them since yesterday and it’s like they are never able to . These are important lab test results and it’s annoying and frustrating that they can’t pick up when I’m worried about the outcome .
-Front desk is not helpful and they seem to not care -Even though we told them that my wife has iron deficiency, they seem not to care for months and finally after awhile they suggested what to do, really? -Always late with letting us what's wrong with the blood works -Failing to letting you what's the next process or you are going to get charged for blood works(we have insurance) -Any many more
Been going here for years. Everyone is warm and professional. It’s a nice environment and they make you feel comfortable.
