Just wanted to extend my gratitude to Dr Jenna Banner and the entire office staff. I had a rough start to my pregnancy journey and they have made it a point to keep my pregnancy experience as smooth and low stress as possible. it is super easy to get ahold of them, the front desk is nice, the nurses are so nice and of course Dr Banner is so kind and eases my mind with every conversation I have with her. No one answers their phone all day .. I got test results back in and been trying to contact them since yesterday and it’s like they are never able to . These are important lab test results and it’s annoying and frustrating that they can’t pick up when I’m worried about the outcome .
-Front desk is not helpful and they seem to not care -Even though we told them that my wife has iron deficiency, they seem not to care for months and finally after awhile they suggested what to do, really? -Always late with letting us what's wrong with the blood works -Failing to letting you what's the next process or you are going to get charged for blood works(we have insurance) -Any many more
