Erma the officer manager is mom to Jennifer Olivas. Jennifer works at AWH westover location. She is the "front desk supervisor ". The reason why many of these complaints are not being addressed. Multiple staff members have quit because of these two. This is a conflict in interest at the work place and the providers working here have no idea of this. I would voice any concerns with the owner Dr. Rene Perez. He needs to rethink who he has in charge and who he allows to work for his company.
This is the WORST clinic I have ever been to! They do not care for their patient's health whatsoever especially the management there, Diana and Erma. Diana told me false information saying my doctor was late which was not true and that made me miss my appt. w/ my new doctor. Didn't find that out until after a hour of me waiting! Diana didn't even apologize or cared for my well being or feelings which made me uncomfortable and hurt to even go back there ever again.
