We would like to apologize to those customers that we were not able to assist. After Covid, our Vacation agents left the agency and moved from San Antonio or took other jobs Without them it was difficult to provide proper service to our customers, and as you can see in some of the comments in past months, we received some bad reviews. We tried to explain our situation but we can see now that we were not successful. Finally, some good news!
