Don’t even get oil from this place
I have now been to this Toyota Service station twice and both times have been a flawless experience. I was working with an assistant service manager Charles who took excellent care of me and my car. He explained to me the process and treated me professionally. On the first visit, they sent me a video to show me what needed to be replaced and a list of the items with pricing. Great recommend this dealer to all my friends and family
I would give them zero stars if possible. I set up service 2 weeks prior, and was told I could have my car in the afternoon. Checked in again a week prior with concerns, confirmed everything. Date of actual service car given back 4 hours late, repairs were not made, and told they weren’t aware and then now need my car for another 12-hour day without giving me a loaner for that day.
