I purchased a RAV4 2021 on Thursday September 30 of 2021. My sales guy was Jorgo Ndina . Wasn't pushy answered all my questions. Great person to work with. It's very easy to get a hold of him on his cell. With all the questions I had once I got home. Jakub Kauia personable finance guy. Great to work with. Make sure when you purchase a vehicle from Heiser Metro Auto Mall. You get these 2 Guys. Your experience will go smoothly.
These crooks just offered me $30,500 for my car, Vandergrift just offered me $6,000 more, like I stated earlier, these guys are out to screw you, if you don't believe this, take your car here, then Vandergrift, you'll see the difference!!!!!
Great service and a good place to wait while your vehicle is being serviced. I always consult with Alex Davidovici. He is very knowledgeable, courteous and enthusiastic. The other staff members there too are very courteous and make you feel valued as a customer. I would highly recommend getting your vehicle serviced here.

I want to start by Saying this Leesha has been the absolute best service provider ive ever dealt with who as always gone above and beyond to get me the best. Unfortunately got stuck with john who could have given any crap less what happened to my car. I just bought my 2nd vehicle from these guys. Dealing with them is like no other buying experience. You do not have to worry about them taking advantage of you. (Single lady here so I worry.) From the moment you walk in, you are made to feel welcomed. I have dealt with the big dog, Robert, the medium big dog Mark, McCoy and Ahmad. All were super great guys and worked with me to get what I wanted. Thanks guys!!! I Will NOT deal with anyone else!!!!
Just stopped in to check out the RAV4 prime and was basically told that we had to be pre approved for a loan to even look at it. I’m really glad we were able to see who you really are before buying a car. Good job profiling us as we approached you. You have no idea our financial situation, but I know we won’t be cutting a check to Michael Toyota.
